
Ingredients:
3 chicken breast, or however many you will use during the week
Kosher salt
black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Hit a baking sheet with Pam.
Rinse chicken breast. Pat dry. Generously salt and pepper each side. I like to use freshly ground black pepper. Place on the baking sheet.
Cook for 15-17 minutes on each side.

Allow to cool and serve as an entree with sides, or add to another dish, such as Chicken Caesar Salad, Cajun Chicken Salad, Tomato Sauce with Chicken and Zucchini, or the upcoming Chicken and Biscuits post (it's happening Thursday). Mmm. Comfort food.
